Ball-N-Strikes Baseball Camp Session 2

Each session runs three hours per day for four consecutive days. At the beginning of each camp players are divided by age groups. Each day will start with a fun dynamic warm-up. After warm-ups players begin station rotations that focus on specific skill sets such as hitting, fielding, agility, bunting, cut-offs, rundowns or base-running. After station rotations, the group will break into an instructor pitch game each day. Requests to be with groups, teammates and friends can be accommodated.
