Tae Kwon Do

This active learning program affiliated with the US-ITF teaches self-discipline, self defense and builds self-esteem. It encourages the development of positive character traits such as courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self-control and indomitable spirit. This is a year-round program that is offered in monthly sessions and held every Tuesday. No previous experience is required and new students are always welcome.
