Young Olympians

Youth can learn the proper mechanics of weight training and how to use gym equipment properly with a certified personal trainer. This program will include circuit training, functional exercises, drills, and other fun activities to promote the benefits of fitness, teamwork, healthy competition and social interaction. Every Monday 6-7:30 PM and Wednesday 4-5:30 PM.
